Seeing Things, Part 13: The Big Day

Dear Blog Friends,

I’ve been thinking.  See, when I came out with the release date of September 1st, I was thinking that I’d have a full time job by now, and that I’d be super busy all the time. But I haven’t been super busy, and since I’ve kind of decided to shelve the paper version idea for now, I realized that there’s no reason not to put Seeing Things out early.  So here it is. Kindle will follow later.  Right now, I’m considering this a beta version. I think there are likely to be issues with formatting. I already found one weird thing with java script. Also, it didn’t appear that there were any tables of contents or ways to skip ahead chapter by chapter, which is going to make it hard to read.  If that’s not the case, let me know.

If you find any typos or missing words, let me know. I will change them in an updated version.

If you want to know if there’s a second novel after this, the answer is YES, and I will add a sample chapter in an updated version.

If you have suggestions as to how I should completely rewrite the plot and change the names of the characters/town/book title, etc.  Go ahead and let me know, but I am not going to incorporate those changes into an updated version.

Meanwhile, hey! Free book!

I started reading yesterday and I’m enjoying it! I want to find out what happens.

The only issue I’ve had so far is that I can’t get to page 172, either by paging forward, backward, or jumping to that page on the HTML version.

Wow. Page 172, huh? That is so weird. I will look at my file and see if it makes any sense to me. If there’s an obvious glitch I can fix, I will let you know. Sorry. Thanks for telling me.

I look forward to reading this novel (again) and comparing it to earlier versions. I will pass it to my friends. I also love the cover art. I can only imagine how long it took to make it.
